Snow White’s Secrets

Snow White Seven Dwarfs

I’m going to summarize several Disney Princess movies for my audience and highlight secrets that most people never knew nor recognized about these Disney movies. Full disclaimer. I will be analyzing these films from a Christian point of view. We start with Snow White because it is the oldest Disney Princess movie.

Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs – Plot Summary

The beautiful maiden Snow White takes refuge in the forest in the house of seven dwarfs to hide from her wicked queen stepmother. The queen is jealous of Snow White because a ghost in the magic mirror on the wall tells her Snow White is more beautiful than her. As a result the queen orders a huntsman (hit man) to murder Snow White and bring Snow White’s heart back in a box as proof. The dwarfs grow to love their unexpected visitor as Snow White conducts useful domestic chores. She cleans their house and cooks their meals.

One day while the dwarfs are mining at the diamond mine the queen arrives at their cottage. Deceitfully the queen has transformed herself into an old hag with a magic spell. She also conjures up a poisonous apple with another magic spell and heads out into the forest looking for Snow White at the dwarf cottage. The dwarfs, warned by the frantic forest animals, rush home to chase the hag away. They are too late. The hag has convinced Snow White to eat the poisoned apple. The dwarfs chase the hag up a mountain where lightning strikes and the hag queen apparently falls to her death. Snow White is placed in a glass case in the woods.

The Prince, who has fallen in love with Snow White, stumbles across her and awakens her from the wicked queen’s deathlike spell with “love’s first kiss”. Snow White awakens from the poison apple spell.

Release Date Was on the Winter Solstice

The release date for Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs was on December 21, 1937. That is the date of the winter solstice in North America. The winter solstice is a high holiday for real witches and warlocks. Pagans worship the equinoxes and the solstices of the sun. Google images of the “Wheel of the Year” and you will see this is true!

A Magic Mirror is Called Skrying

Are you aware that a magic mirror is “skrying”? This is a secret most people do not know. Skrying is a real practice done by real witches. I want to shatter this stereotype about Disney. The stereotype is that Disney isn’t promoting “real witchcraft” in their movies. You may be shocked at how real and accurate the witchcraft Disney promotes (if someone points it out to you). That’s what I am doing such that you can judge for yourself.

Dwarves Are From a Real Religion

What if I told you that dwarves come from a real religion? It’s true. Maybe you knew that dwarves originate from Norse Mythology. What you aren’t told is Norse Mythology is the same thing as the ancient Norse Religion …

A dwarf is a certain kind of invisible being in the pre-Christian mythology and religion of the Norse and other Germanic peoples. No one really knows what the word “dwarf” and its cognates originally meant, but there’s no indication that it had anything to do with a small stature, a characteristic which is never mentioned in ancient descriptions of these beings.

The dwarves are most often noted for being extremely skilled smiths and craftspeople. Among the many irreplaceable treasures created by them are: Mjollnir, the hammer of Thor; Gleipnir, the chain that bound the wolf Fenrir when all other fetters failed; Skidbladnir, a ship which belongs to Freyr and always has a favorable wind; Gungnir, the spear of Odin; Draupnir, a ring owned by Odin; the Brisingamen, a magnificent necklace owned by Freya; and the long, golden hair of Sif, Thor’s wife.

The farthest back we can trace the term then, is the old Norse religion, the cosmology of which establishes two separate creation myths for the creatures. One maintains that dwarfs were born from the blood and bones of the giant Ymir, whose flesh was used to create the Earth, while another posits that they originated as maggot-like creatures that aimed to devour the giant’s corpse. While grim, the latter origin is in line with much of the dwarfs’ other appearances in Norse mythology.

If you dig further, you will find ancient dwarfs / dwarves are not the cute and cuddly creatures that Disney has brainwashed Americans to believe.

Did you know that the day “Wednesday” is named after Woden (or Odin)? The day “Thursday” is named after Thor. Finally “Friday” is named after Freya. All of these are Norse gods mentioned above. This is how influential the pagan Norse Religion is embedded into American culture. The very days of the American week are named after the ancient pagan Norse gods. The rabbit hole runs deep.

Poisonous Apple – The Garden of Eden

It isn’t hard to draw a parallel between the poisonous apple and the apple Adam and Eve ate in The Garden of Eden …

But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die.

And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die:

For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.

Genesis 3:3-5 KJV

Now whether the actual fruit of the garden was the apple or not, I do not know for sure. But it is common to hear that the fruit of the garden was the apple today. Now in Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs the hag’s sales pitch to Snow White is “one bite and all your dreams will come true”. Snow White’s poisonous apple will close her eyes. But in the Garden of Even the serpent says that the apple will open Eve’s eyes (wide awake). Obviously this scene in Snow White got its inspiration from Genesis 3 in the Bible.

The Witch’s Death

Immediately after poisoning Snow White, the dwarfs return and chase the witch up a mountain. The witch tries to roll a giant boulder down the hill at the dwarfs. But instead lightning strikes a ledge and the witch falls to her death. This sounds like scripture to me …

And he said unto them, I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven.

Luke 10:18 – KJV

The queen’s demise is a pretty obvious parallel to Luke 10:18. You can see for yourself that Disney is referencing the Bible. They altered the original Grimm Brother’s tale (Little Snow White) which never had the witch die in this fashion. In the original Grimm Brother’s version the witch is forced to wear a pair of hot iron shoes and dance until she is dead at Snow White’s wedding. That is quite a difference!

Love’s First Kiss

Now here is a theme seen throughout Disney movies that you probably never realized. The witch reads from the spell book “the victim of sleeping death can only be revived by love’s first kiss”. Any ideas where that concept might come from?

And while he yet spake, behold a multitude, and he that was called Judas, one of the twelve, went before them, and drew near unto Jesus to kiss him.

But Jesus said unto him, Judas, betrayest thou the Son of man with a kiss?

Luke 22:47-48

The Son of Man was betrayed with a kiss by the Christ’s own words in Luke. This is why you see many Disney films require a kiss of true love to break the curse. Did you figure out this huge secret? The kiss to break a curse is a reference to scripture! If the Son of Man was cursed with a kiss, then witches will promote breaking a curse with a kiss. It’s backwards. Disney is backwards and opposes Christianity in many instances many times over.

The Witch Has a Pet Raven

Yet another theme you will recognize in Disney movies is the witch characters have pets. These specialized pets are called “familiars” to real life witches and warlocks …

Since the 20th century some magical practitioners, including adherents of the Neopagan religion of Wicca, use the concept of familiars, due to their association with older forms of magic. These contemporary practitioners utilize pets or wildlife, or believe that invisible spirit versions of familiars act as magical aids.

Are you noticing that Disney loves to promote the real witchcraft of real witches and warlocks? I don’t think they named their castle “The Magic Kingdom” by accident? It seems to me that Disney is promoting what real witches and warlocks do. You can probably find many more instances of witchcraft in this movie if you dig. Maybe you will come to the same conclusion I have …

Disney promotes actual / ancient witchcraft heavily.
