Jay-Z – Is Jay-Z Illuminati? – Part 1

We are going to analyze the life and times of Sean Carter and the symbolism in his music.  I’m going to mention stuff about Jay-Z that no one has ever mentioned before.   We start off light and end heavy …

Justify My Thug

I used to be a huge Jay-Z fan.  I have listened to thousands of hours of Jay-Z music in my own life and times.  The following lyrics turned the tide.  This didn’t happen immediately by any means but this is the definitive verse that sparked a Matrix red pill moment in me  …

I am the Michael Schumacher of the Roc roster/
Traveling mach 5/ barreling/ my power can stop God/ – Jay-Z – Justify My Thug

At some point those very lyrics finally woke me up.  I said to myself “wait.  Your power can do what?  I am not comfortable with that”.  After than nothing was ever the same.  You have to ask yourself what kind of person says something like “my power can stop God” in any context.  There is a purpose behind all song lyrics.  It is up to the listener to interpret and determine what that purpose is.  I want to philosophize on the concept of song lyrics and the concept of “thoughts” in general for a moment.  I have one simple question for the reader before I bring this back full circle …

Where do thoughts come from?

Lets explore a few possibilities quickly.  Either 1) our “self” can create new thoughts on its own independently or 2) some one or some thing with the sovereignty to do so can plant thoughts in our heads (like Inception).  Song lyrics are not so far removed from the essence of thought.  You may need to brush up on DesCarte’s Solitary Self or Aristotle’s Tabula Rasa or John Locke’s An Essay Concerning Human Understanding.  Back to the man of the hour.  Let it be known that Jay-Z doesn’t write down his lyrics to create his songs.  The lyrics just come to him.  Straight off the top of the dome onto tape.  The lyrics are coming from somewhere.  Where ohh where are those lyrics coming from?  What is the origin?  I am leaning towards #2.  Think about that reader.  This is food for thought.  You do the dishes.

2) Do What Thou Wilt

It makes life a lot easier as a conspiracy blogger when the artist wears a “Do What Thou Wilt” shirt.  Do What Thou Wilt is a reference to Aleister Crowley’s The Book of the Law where the pinnacle commandment of the Thelema religion is “Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the law”.

3) The Rocawear Clothing Line

Sean Carter’s clothing line is of course the Rocawear clothing line which is named after Rocafella Records which is named after John D. Rockefeller and the Rockefeller family.  Do you know about the Rockefeller Bloodline?  Too much to write about here.  Educate yourself on the 13 bloodlines.  Let’s take a look at the Rocawear logo for a moment …

Rocawear Logo

Does this logo look a little strange to you?  Does it look like a torch to you?  It does to me.  Probably a good time to mention that Lucifer is the light-bearer with a common symbol being the torch.  But I have seen a resemblance of this logo before and I’m going to show you this now.  The way the flames are drawn looks familiar to me.  The logo resembles the Ace of Wands Thoth Tarot Card which is once again of Book of Thoth / Thelema religion inspiration.  Have a look …

Ace of Wands Thoth Tarot Card

Let’s examine the symbolism on an actual Rocawear shirt.  Most notable is the Masters of the Craft edition t-shirt.  This one is the most controversial I have come across.  There is a whole lot of symbolism going on here.  This is how I would have interpreted this shirt in 2001 when I used to be first in line to buy Jay-Z CDs at Sam Goody and blast them as loud as possible in my car.  We have an eye on top.  We have the Jay-Z ROC hand sign.  We have a book with a key on it.  We have what appears to be a handshake.  We have a snake …

Jay Z Masters of the Craft Shirt

This is how I interpret this shirt today …

Hov Sign aka Throwing up the ROC – The Jay-Z hov sign actually symbolizes the all-seeing eye / eye of horus.  It is an ancient symbol.  There is a lot of debate as to whether the Great Seal (on the back of the $1 bill) was inspired by the masons or if the masons were inspired by the Great Seal.  It’s not really important what came first.  What is important is that occult secret societies have adopted the symbol.  The father of the Thelema religion Aleister Crowley liked the symbol so much he wore it on his hat.  Crowley was rocking Rocawear long before Rocawear was cool.  That wouldn’t be a problem except for the fact that Mr. Crowley thought of himself as the Beast 666 writing such classics as The Book of the Law and The Book of Thoth and The Book of Lies.  Not exactly a role model …

The Grip – The tiny picture of a handshake on the t-shirt is not a handshake.  Its a grip.  A grip is a special handshake which designates rank in freemasonry.  The picture is pretty small so its hard to tell which grip this is.

The Lost Keys of Freemasonry – This is likely the book with a key on it.  I know of two books that are significant to freemasons that have to do with keys.  There is The Lost Keys of Freemasonry by Manly P. Hall (which is essential reading for high ranking freemasons).  A quick excerpt from that book …

“The day has come when Fellow Craftsman must know and apply their knowledge.  The lost key to their grade is the mastery of emotion , which places the energy of the universe at their disposal.  Man can only expect to be entrusted with great power by proving his ability to use it constructively and selflessly.  When the Mason learns that the key to the warrior on the block is the proper application of the dynamo of living power, he has learned the mystery of his Craft.  The seething energies of Lucifer are in his hands, and before he may step onward and upward, he must prove his ability to properly apply energy.  He must follow in the footsteps of his forefather, Tubal-Cain, who with the mighty strength of the war god hammered his sword into a plowshare.” – Manly P. Hall, The Lost Keys of Freemasonry

There is yet another explanation for the book with akey on it.  There exists a book called The Lesser Key of Solomon.  It is a black magick grimoire for summoning up demons.  You may have heard it mentioned in The Sorcerer’s Apprentice movie from 2010 with Nicolas Cage.

Now King Solomon is a key figure in freemasonry because of his role in building King Solomon’s Temple (which was an ancient architectural wonder).  Another key figure is Hiram Abiff.  He was the chief architect for the Temple.  Legend has it he was murdered with a weapon described as “the mason’s tool”.  It’s not hard to imagine the mason’s tool as a hammer.  This is a screenshot taken from Jay-Z’s On To The Next One music video …

The Serpent – Entire books could be written on the serpent and its occult meanings as it slithers through the mystery religions.  It is specifically a big deal in alchemy / gnosticism / the Thelema religion.  There is a popular image of a serpent doing a particular thing that is always noteworthy.  A serpent attempting to eat itself is a popular occult image called the ouroboros.  Isn’t it interesting that the first image presented in the demon summoning book The Lesser Key of Solomon looks like this …

The Lesser Key of Solomon Ouroboros

Big surprise.  The ouroboros is found in the Thoth Tarot Cards (specifically the card entitled Change – The Two of Disks).  Have a look …

All of that symbolism from just one Rocawear t-shirt!

4) 99 Problems

The following is far from common knowledge.  It isn’t even common knowledge to 32 degree freemasons.  Many freemasons will tell you that they only acknowledge 32 degrees.  The 33rd degree remains elusive and rather secret.  There are actually some masonic lodges that have 99 degrees.  Did you know that?  Do you know who is a 96 degree freemason?  Turns out Mr. Crowley was actually a 96 degree freemason under the Rites of Memphis and Mizraim which goes by a super rare 99 degree scale.  Hence an occult explanation for 99 “problems” aka the extensive number of degrees of freemasonry in the Rites of Memphis and Mizraim.  Perhaps Sean Carter is working on obtaining those?  Are these the 99 problems?

5) Baphomet

Baphomet is a fascinating figure.  The Baphomet Wikipedia Page provides some valuable history on the creature.  To summarize Baphomet is to understand a conglomerate of different concepts.  It’s not just a goat-headed god.  It’s not just an ass-headed god.  It’s not just a bull-headed god.  It’s not just a ram-headed god.  It is a sampling of all of these.  I would attempt to describe it as a horned animal-head pagan god which has significance in black magick.   Crowley defines it as an ass-headed pagan god worshiped by the Knights Templar.  Also associated with the greek pagan god Pan.  Also made popular by Eliphas Levi as the Sabbatic Goat.  Biblically referred to as the “wild ass of the wilderness” in Jeremiah 2:24.  Also be very aware biblically of the goat and the young bullock and the ram in Leviticus 16 which are offered up as sin offerings on The Day of Atonement (aka Yom Kappur).  All of these concepts have a Baphomet flavor (and we have only covered a sampling of the multitude of flavors).  Jay-Z knows a thing or two about the concept …

The concept is not lost on Crowley.  Care to guess what is on The Devil Thoth Tarot Card?

Is Jay-Z Illuminati?

I would be comfortable saying that Sean Carter is a freemason.  I am comfortable saying that simply by analyzing the symbolism that appears in his works and presenting it to the reader as I have above.  I would be comfortable in saying that Jay-Z is a black magician (The Black Album) and a thelemite (aka student of the Crowley Thelema Religion) which holds sacred The Book of the Law and The Book of Thoth and The Book of Lies amongst other books.  Read those books if you are a Jay-Z fan so you can understand what concepts are being promoted to you.

With that said I can’t say with certainty that Jay-Z is Illuminati.  To make that claim one must understand what the Illuminati is.  There is a lot of inaccurate information on the internet.

What is the Illuminati?  Simplest Explanation Ever.

The Illuminati is a title achieved in European Masonry.  That is the Illuminati explained in one sentence.  Wasn’t that easy?  The Illuminati is a title achieved by a very select few in European Masonry.  It is below the title of “The 9 Unknown Men”.  It is above the title of “The Palladium”.  The only reason I can say this with any confidence is because Illuminati defector William Schnoebelen explained it to all of us in his book Masonry Beyond The Light in which this image of the masonic hierarchy is posted for all to see …

Illuminati Hierarchy

The Burning Question.  Is Jay-Z Illuminati?

Before I get started answering that question remember the ROC sign?  Can you believe we see it on top of the masonic hierarchy as the symbol for the rank of Lucifer himself aka T.G.A.O.T.U. or The Great Architect of the Universe?!  Notice it says architect not creator.  The architect arranges things the creator has allowed to come to be.  How about that?

Now to answer the question is Jay-Z illuminati?  Well, we would have to first determine if Jay-Z is in The Order of the Trapezoid or is Jay-Z in The Palladium because both of those degrees are required on the masonic hierarchy before a freemason “ascends” to illuminati status.  Most people have never seen the masonic heirarchy.  That is why there is so much misinformation about the illuminati across the internet.  All you have to do is look at the masonic hierarchy to instantly know what it is.

I have found it fascinating to read what people say about Jay-Z across the internet.  People claim things like “Jay-Z is not illuminati he is an illuminati puppet”.  Actually, if you get involved in freemasonry big time and you get deep enough in the Thelema religion you will have “99 problems” because that is what is required to make it to illuminati status.  You must pass the Ancient and Primitive Rite.  That’s at least 97 degrees.  And if you happen to make it far enough up that hierarchy then yes you arrive at illuminati status.  You can see clearly on the hierarchy above what is required.  So it is not impossible to claim that Jay-Z can be illuminati.  Not just a puppet.  I just don’t know if he has achieved all that is required yet.  Is he trying?  Judge by the material I have shown you.  Is he there yet?  No one but him and a select few behind closed doors knows.  The problem is he is trying.
